About Our Business
Grounded with 15 years of experience, Chef Tami Amuzie saw the need for change. With
several years as a Head Cook for The Board of Education in New jersey, after relocating to
Atlanta, Georgia she decided to further her education in Culinary Arts and Dietary Aide. Not
being happy with the Fry Line at her sons school and tired of packing lunch, she started
working with a company that delivered school lunch. Chef Tami soon realized she was the best
spokesperson for change and her dream of owning a successful buisness was in reach. With
School Administrators backing and a leap of faith, Creative Cafe was born. Her personal touch
and love of quality food has been proven to work. We can only wish for you to experience the
change.

With parents and staff wondering how they can enjoy our food, As of September 2008 our
Breakfast, Lunch and Brunch Cafe will open to the public. All your favorites, Fresh Salads and
delicious homemade soups are now available. Come and enjoy our Coffee Bar and relax in a
pleasant atmosphere.
